Effective Electrical maintenance
JOB DESCRIPTION
Engineer- Electrical

Accountable to:
All Electrical maintenance activities of the plant
• Update machine records related breakdown, spares, utilization,
maintenance schedules
• Involve in Analysis of the breakdowns & failures
• To complete the actions decided from analysis and corrective action
implementation
Responsible for:
• Release of spares required for maintenance & record the usages
• Identify the spares requirement & report to seniors
• 5S maintenance of the machines, equipment's and maintenance stores
.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of all equipment's, machines, molds

• Report the abnormalities identified in shifts to seniors
• Daily maintenance check sheet verifications
• Recording the parameters of utility equipment's
• Complete the mold change as per the plan
• Training & utilization of the manpower
• Effective utilization of the resources available and maintain the
conditions and records of the resources
• Maintain the safety equipment's & systems at operation conditional
every time
• H.T yard maintenance.
• Diesel generator output monitoring
• Monitor and plan preventive maintenance for all panels.
• Pokayoke implementation
• Spare management.
• All the electrical maintenance activities (Break down, Preventive)
including planning and execution.
• Process Tuning and Process maintenance of electrical equipments




• Maintaining the critical and necessary spares for all the machines.
• 6S maintenance of the Blow molding and other machines.
• All the records related to the maintenance activities.
• All manuals of machines.
• Pokayoke implementation and updation in various processes of plant
• Day to day planning of maintenance activities.
• To replace the machine spares of the machine with the approval of the
production manager.
• Meet the requirements of VW, Mahindras MSES, MMA and Other
Customer Specified requirements.
• Planning and reporting monthly targets, Customers requirements and
QOS metrics to the senior management.
• Implementation, practice and improvement of IMS (IATF + EMS +
OHSAS) requirements of the organization.
• Ensure adherence to PPE & Safety Policy.
• Proper handling of Hazardous Waste.
• Interested parties needs & Expectation
• Risk analysis
• Internal & external issues
• Raise the purchase indents for spares.
• To stop and inform the production manager for emergency.
• To purchase critical spares locally with the approval of production

• Allocate responsibilities to trainees & casual labors
• Usage of the spare parts & tools during maintenance
• Conduct a health check of machine with due discussion with shift In
charge & seniors
• Take help from external agencies with prior approval from seniors
• conduct a mock drills of the safety equipment's and systems
