Job Title: Telesales Executive & Telemarketing Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Navi Mumbai
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working & One Day Week-Off.

What You Do:
Connect with potential customers through inbound & outbound calls
Present premium G Square projects in a confident and compelling way
Understand customer needs and qualify leads (budget, location, timeline, intent)
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
Follow up consistently to convert prospects into buyers
Re-engage old and inactive leads to maximize conversions
Maintain accurate, real-time updates in CRM (Salesforce)
Achieve daily targets for calls, connections, and site visits.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in real estate
Graduate / Diploma / HSC
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset
Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.
