We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate recent business opportunities through outbound cold calling and prospecting.
The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and booking qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume outreach, consultative conversations, and turning cold prospects into warm opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 60-150 outbound calls per day to potential clients.
- Identify and engage decision-makers such as Facility Managers, Operations Heads, Asset Managers, and Real Estate leaders.
- Introduce our software platforms and articulate its business value.
- Qualify prospects using various methodologies
- Understand pain points related to asset management, maintenance operations, compliance, and facility performance.
- Determine if the prospect is a good fit for Zapium.
- Build and train SDr team
- Schedule qualified product demos and discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2-7 years of experience in SDR function of B2B SaaS in the US geography
- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or tech sales preferred
