What We're Looking For

- Solid experience in Azure IoT services, device identities, message routing and data ingestion pipelines

- Hands-on experience with cloud production support, monitoring and troubleshooting

- Ability to troubleshoot across device, gateway, network, platform and cloud layers





- Experience with incident management, service management and operational documentation

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security and product teams

- Awareness of safety, security and compliance requirements in industrial/OT environments

- Flexibility to support deployments and operations across multiple regions and time zones
