- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and replace faulty components.
- Install and configure software applications and updates.
- Provide support for Microsoft Outlook and other email clients.
- Handle LAN and Wi-Fi network connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support remote users via remote tools.
- Ensure system security, antivirus updates, and patch management.
- Manage Biometric systems (Essl, Time watch)
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems required
Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive - IT
Location: Greams Rd, Thousand Lights, Chennai
Work Timings: General Shift. 2 Saturdays Off. All Sundays off
Compensation: Decent hike on your current package.
