To coordinate and monitor all operational processes across departments to ensure timely communication, proper documentation, and maintain MIS on Costing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Coordination
- Coordinate between Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure smooth workflow and on time.
- Monitor daily production activities and update management regularly.
- Follow up on pending activities and resolve coordination gaps.
2. Production Monitoring
- Ensure all production entries and reports are updated on time.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain process records, MIS reports, production reports, and coordination sheets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and management review.
4. Communication & Follow-up
- Conduct regular follow-ups with departments for pending issues.
- Escalate critical operational issues to management.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).

Inventory & Material Coordination
- Coordinate with Stores and Purchase for material availability.
- Monitor RM shortages and communicate requirements timely.
Required Skills:
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Positive knowledge of production processes
- MS Excel, ERP/SAP and reporting knowledge
- Problem-solving and follow-up capability
- Time management and multitasking ability
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or Operations Management
Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in Production Coordination / Process Coordination / Operations
Preferred Industry:
- Plywood / Manufacturing / Wood Panel / Industrial Production
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Production plan adherence
- Timely report submission
- Reduction in process delays
- Inter-department coordination efficiency
- Material availability for production
