Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS) such as nanoparticles, liposomes, nanoemulsions, and controlled-release formulations.
- Conduct formulation development, characterization, and data analysis.
- Design and execute research experiments using QbD and DOE approaches.
- Prepare technical reports, scientific publications, patents, and project presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and technology transfer.

Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of advanced drug delivery systems and formulation development.
- Hands-on experience with analytical and characterization techniques.
- Scientific writing, problem-solving, and innovation mindset.

Experience: PhD Fresher or 05 years Post-Doctoral research experience in NDDS or related areas.
