Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project / Site In-Charge to independently manage site execution for residential and commercial projects, with strong expertise in RCC construction, subcontractor management, billing, quantity estimation, quality, safety and project coordination .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day RCC structural and finishing works including foundation, columns, beams, slabs and shear walls.

- Prepare and verify BBS and ensure execution as per structural drawings and specifications.

- Plan and monitor daily, weekly and monthly construction schedules.

- Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, clients, contractors and subcontractors .

- Allocate work fronts and monitor subcontractor productivity and progress.

- Verify measurements, RA bills and subcontractor bills .

- Handle quantity estimation,



material reconciliation and cost control .

- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, IS codes, quality standards and safety requirements.

- Manage labour, materials, machinery and other site resources.

- Conduct quality checks, toolbox talks and ensure timely rectification of issues.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and site documentation .

- Coordinate client/consultant visits, inspections, snag rectification and handover.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering .

- 10 15 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial construction.

- Strong hands-on experience in RCC structural execution and site management .

- Experience in BBS, quantity estimation, billing, material reconciliation and subcontractor management .

- Valuable knowledge of structural drawings, RCC construction practices, IS codes and building bye - laws.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office/Excel .

- Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to independently manage site execution and large site teams.
