Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization's hiring requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining. etc

Requirements:

- 14 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Valuable negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
