Job Title: Analyst – Compliance Operations
Experience: 0-1 Years
Location: Bangalore
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Analyze websites for structure, content, technology, flows, etc.
• Memorize large sets of content rules and apply that knowledge to differing scenarios.
• Evaluate web content for violations or non-compliance with policies, rules and best practices.
• Conduct research as needed, proactively compile and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly deliverables and performance targets.
• Collaborate with other analysts, and stakeholders to support team goals and initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• We are looking for candidates from non-engineering backgrounds such as BBA, BCom,
or similar disciplines with English as the medium of instruction.
• Internet-savvy with understanding of the good (opportunities/ benefits) and bad (risks/
threats) of the internet and digital platforms.




• Generally aware of social media and digital commerce, with understanding of content
policies and privacy rules.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office product suite, and MS Excel in particular.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stay organized, maintain focus and diligently perform repetitive tasks.
• A self-starter with the ability to drive independent research where needed.
• Positive, can-do attitude; strives to understand the bigger picture behind complex problems.
• High degree of tolerance for reviewing sensitive and risky web content.
• Prior work experience or internship in a related field will be helpful, but not mandatory.
• Brief understanding of Transaction laundering is preferred.
