Associate Consultant: Workday
Design and implementation of Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics solutions. Acts as a subject matter expert in data modeling, report optimization, and analytics strategy. Drives client discussions, builds advanced data pipelines, and delivers actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards
- Lead Prism Analytics architecture, datasets, and data pipelines
- Define data models, transformations, and data governance strategies
- Drive reporting strategy and analytics roadmap discussions with clients
- Develop complex calculated fields and custom data sources
- Optimize report performance and scalability
- Lead testing strategy, validation, and defect resolution
- Provide advanced analytics insights and recommendations
- Mentor L2 consultants and review reporting deliverables
- Support Workday releases and recent feature adoption
