- Education: B.E. or B.Tech, Batch of 2026.
- Academics: Minimum 75% in Class 10, Minimum 75% in Class 12, and 75% consistent across all 4 years (8 semesters) of B.E./B.Tech, with
no backlogs.
- Foundational knowledge: Programming basics in any one of C, C++, Java, Python, VB.NET, or C#; understanding of SDLC and
STLC; manual testing fundamentals (test case design, defect lifecycle, regression vs functional); basics of databases and SQL.
- Soft skills: Solid written and verbal communication, logical reasoning, learning agility, and client-facing readiness.
- Preferred (not mandatory): Exposure to UiPath, Selenium, or other automation tools through academic projects,
internships, or self-learning.
