- Manage airfare filing for various GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, WorldSpan, and PNR reservations.
- Process cancellations, refunds, and ticket changes in accordance with IATA regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries related to flight schedules, fares, and ticketing issues via phone or email.
- Ensure accurate processing of airline tickets from booking to issuance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in air ticketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in using GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, WorldSpan.
- Solid knowledge of IATA rules and regulations regarding fare filing and ticketing processes.
