Sales Officer - HORECA

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand HORECA customer base for Chukde Spices products in Delhi.
- Identify and onboard new Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens, QSR Chains, Cafs, Banquet Halls, and Institutional Food Service clients.
- Build strong relationships with Executive Chefs, Purchase Managers, F&B; Managers, Restaurant Owners, and Food Service Decision Makers.
- Generate business through chef meetings, product sampling, trials, product approvals, and regular customer visits.
- Understand HORECA requirements and provide suitable spice solutions as per customer needs.
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to order conversion and repeat business development.
- Drive bulk orders and establish long-term partnerships with HORECA clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to increase order frequency and product portfolio.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.




- Prepare sales reports, customer visit plans, and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of core HORECA sales experience is mandatory.
- Male & Female candidates are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Spices, Food Ingredients, FMCG Food Products, Beverages, or Food Service Industry will be preferred.
- Robust understanding and network of the Delhi/NCR HORECA market.
- Experience handling Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens, QSRs, and Institutional Buyers.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to achieve sales targets.

Qualification

- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
