Role & Responsibilities

- Support the CEO in technical reviews, engineering discussions, and programme reviews.
- Track R&D;, product development, technology programmes, milestones, and deliverables.
- Analyse technical risks, challenges, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks.
- Convert technical discussions into clear briefs, decisions, action points, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Engineering, R&D;, Development, Production, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare technical briefs, presentations, dashboards, summaries, and progress reports.
- Follow up with technical teams on milestones, commitments, and deadlines.
- Research emerging defence technologies, systems, and industry developments.
- Support special technical projects and strategic defence programmes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 25 years of experience in Engineering, R&D;, Technical Project Coordination, Product Development,



or Programme Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology, preferably Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and convert them into clear, actionable outputs.
- Robust project tracking, programme coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication, technical documentation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in aerospace, defence, advanced engineering, manufacturing, robotics, or technology sectors preferred.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams will be an advantage.
