Cella Space Ltd., a listed company on the Bombay Stock Exchange with offices in Kochi and Chennai, is a rising force in Indias Industrial and Logistics Infrastructure sector. We specialize in the creation of worldclass Industrial Parks and Warehouses. As we prepare for our upcoming IPO, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO to lead our Finance team and strengthen our financial governance.

Role Overview

The CFO will head the Finance Department and play a pivotal role in managing the companys financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and driving financial strategy. He/She will report directly to the Managing Director and provide strategic advice and support to the Board of Directors and senior management on financial planning, budgeting, capital structuring, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST,



and other statutory regulations.
- Oversee preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and disclosures required for a listed company.
- Manage IPOrelated financial documentation, investor relations, and regulatory filings.

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in finance, accounts, and corporate governance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in listed/public limited companies, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or logistics sectors.
- Robust knowledge of IPO processes, SEBI guidelines, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Expertise in financial modeling, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical

Preference will be given for candidates from Tamilnadu or Kerala.
