Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales journey.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication, coordination, follow-up, and relationship-management skills, along with the ability to maintain accurate customer records and handle multiple requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain customer relationships and ensure timely communication.
- Handle customer queries, requests, complaints, and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for timely resolution of customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, installations, services, and payments as required.
- Maintain and regularly update customer information, interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Track leads and customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
- Prepare regular reports related to customer interactions, pending enquiries, follow-ups, and order status.
- Conduct customer follow-ups to understand satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Escalate critical customer issues to the concerned department or management.




- Support the sales team in maintaining strong customer relationships and improving customer retention.
- Ensure proper documentation and systematic maintenance of customer records.
- Identify recurring customer issues and coordinate internally to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related field will be an advantage.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, inside sales, sales coordination, customer support, or a similar role.
- Experience in a B2B/manufacturing environment will be preferred.
