About the Role
Denary Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You'll handle inbound enquiry calls, qualify leads, and actively find current business opportunities to grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer and manage inbound enquiry calls professionally, understand client requirements and explain our services clearly
- Find potential leads through calls, LinkedIn, online directories, social media and other channels
- Qualify leads based on need, budget and decision-making authority before passing them to the sales or business development team
- Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and past enquiries to turn them into meetings or proposals
- Keep accurate records of all calls, leads and follow-ups in lead tracker
- Set up meetings and demos for senior sales or management




- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads and conversions
- Share market and client feedback with the team to improve pitches and service offerings

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Marketing is a plus)
- [13] years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling or lead generation, preferably in media, advertising or digital marketing
- Excellent spoken communication in English and Hindi (a regional language is a plus)
- Confident on the phone, with strong listening and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with lead research tools such as LinkedIn, Google and business directories
- Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets; CRM experience is an advantage
- Target-driven, organized and self-motivated
