Role & responsibilities
Install, configure, test, and commission Audio visual & IT equipment at customer locations
1. Conduct site visits for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
2. Prepare service reports, installation checklists, and commissioning reports.
3. Coordinate with customers, project managers, vendors, and internal teams.
4. Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and company materials.
5. Provide user training and explain equipment operation to customers.
6. Follow safety procedures and maintain professional customer relationships
