Job Description: Cyber Security Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Analyst with at least 3 years of relevant experience in vulnerability research, application security analysis, and advanced debugging. The ideal candidate will assess software security, investigate complex vulnerabilities, and recommend effective remediation measures through research and testing in authorized environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform static and dynamic analysis of applications and binaries to evaluate application behavior and identify areas of concern.
- Investigate software crashes, memory corruption issues, and unexpected application behavior.
- Assess vulnerabilities such as buffer overflows, use-after-free conditions, and other memory safety weaknesses.
- Develop controlled proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate findings and assess their impact.
- Use debugging and binary analysis tools to examine application behavior and determine root causes.
- Evaluate security protections such as ASLR, DEP, and Control Flow Guard.
- Develop scripts and utilities to automate analysis, testing, and reporting.
- Prepare technical reports documenting findings, risk assessments, and remediation recommendations.




- Collaborate with development and security teams to validate fixes and strengthen application security.
- Conduct all research and testing within approved scope and authorized environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cyber security, vulnerability research, application security, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of operating system internals, particularly Windows memory management and application execution.
- Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of C/C++.
- Ability to read and understand x86/x64 assembly.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as WinDbg, x64dbg, IDA Pro, or Ghidra.
- Knowledge of memory corruption vulnerabilities, exploitability assessment, and modern security mitigations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- OSED
- OSEE
- Experience with fuzzing, crash triage, and root-cause analysis.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation.
- Demonstrated security research through published findings, responsible disclosures, technical write-ups, or relevant projects.
