Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into prospective candidates.
- Counsel candidates regarding overseas job opportunities.
- Handle the complete sales process from enquiry to conversion.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain regular communication and build solid candidate relationships.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and documentation teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Experience in US and UK hiring/recruitment is preferred.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of overseas recruitment processes.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow-ups efficiently.
- Good English communication skills.
