ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a responsible, hands-on warehouse manager to independently manage the day-to-day operations of our Shiroli warehouse, with
primary ownership of inventory accuracy, dispatches, material handling, warehouse staff and operational discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Control

Maintain physical stock vs ERP/system accuracy.
Conduct regular stock checks/cycle counts and identify
discrepancies.
Dispatch & L
other
Monitor damages, breakages, slow-moving and excess stock.
Maintain cleanliness, organization and safe storage.
Keep loading/unloading areas accessible and organized.
Report safety, infrastructure and equipment issues.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience: 3-7 years in warehouse operations; building-materials experience preferred. Skills: Inventory -Dispatch - ERP - Excel/Google
Sheets -Team Management - Logistics Coordination. Preferred: Two-wheeler/transportation; local logistics knowledge.
