Own end-to-end pricing for large, complex IT consulting pursuits — from strategy through commercial closure

— Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Solution teams to build competitive, margin-accretive deal structures

— Shift the conversation from pricing for effort to pricing for outcomes — tying commercial models to client results, not hours delivered

— Develop frameworks to monetize Perficient's AI tools and accelerators — ensuring proprietary IP and AI-powered delivery advantages are reflected in deal value, not given away

— Conduct price-to-win analysis; stress-test deal assumptions on staffing mix, blended rates, and risk

BUILD THE BENCHMARKS

— Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to establish fully-loaded cost baselines by role, level, and geography — onshore, nearshore, offshore

— Develop and maintain Perficient's internal rate cards and solution pricing benchmarks across service lines

— Create a deal scoring framework balancing pricing competitiveness, margin quality, and winnability — simultaneously

WHO YOU ARE

A builder, not a reviewer. Hands-on, not hands-off. Someone who sees AI not as a threat to the pricing function, but as its greatest multiplier.

You are energized by ambiguity, driven by impact, and excited to be part of the team that shapes how a leading global consultancy competes and wins in the AI era.
