## Job Title: SAP HR ABAP + Business Integration Builder (BIB) Consultant

## Job Summary:

We're seeking an SAP HR ABAP + BIB Consultant to design, develop, and implement HR integration solutions using Business Integration Builder. Youll enable seamless data exchange between SAP HCM and external systems while supporting core HR customizations.

## Key Responsibilities:

- *SAP HR ABAP Development*: Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in HCM modules: PA, OM, PY, TM, ESS/MSS

- *BIB Implementation*: Configure and develop integrations using Business Integration Builder for HR data exchange between SAP and third-party systems like payroll vendors, benefits providers, time systems

- *Interface Design*: Build inbound/outbound interfaces, mappings, and data conversion rules using BIB. Handle file-based, IDoc, RFC, and web service integrations

- *Data Migration & Conversion*: Use BIB for legacy HR data loads, data harmonization, and cutover activities during implementations or rollouts

- *Enhancements & Support*: Develop user exits, BAdIs, BAPIs, and function modules to extend standard HCM and BIB functionality

- *Testing & Documentation*:



Create technical specs, unit test cases, and support SIT/UAT. Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation across systems

- *Stakeholder Collaboration*: Work with HR functional teams and integration architects to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

## Requirements:

- 4+ years SAP ABAP experience with 3+ years in HCM modules

- 2+ years hands-on with Business Integration Builder for HR interfaces

- Solid knowledge of HR data structures: Infotypes, clusters, payroll results, logical databases PNP/PNPCE

- Experience with IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, ALE, and flat file integrations via BIB

- Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and transport management

- Understanding of HR business processes: Hire-to-Retire, Payroll, Benefits

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

## Nice to Have:

- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using BIB

- Knowledge of SAP PI/PO, CPI, or Integration Suite for hybrid scenarios

- Exposure to S/4HANA for HR and CDS views

- SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP for SAP HANA
