We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Captain to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and excellent skills in Shift Management, Hospitality, Food And Beverage, and Restaurant Management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift management and staff supervision.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a positive dining environment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and quality control.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements :





- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably as a Restaurant Captain.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality, food and beverage operations, and restaurant management principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Robust problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an asset.
