Operate and optimize AWS Control Tower, Account Factory, OU design, and Service Control Policies.
- Configure and maintain CloudTrail, AWS Config, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, and centralized logging.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with AWS CodePipeline / CodeBuild integrated with BitBucket.
- Author and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
- Support containerized workloads on ECS / Fargate and manage ECR repositories.
- Implement monitoring (CloudWatch), runbooks, and participate in SLA driven incident response.
- Validate backups and disaster recovery posture; support DR testing.
- Provide FinOps recommendations for cost optimization and governance.
- 36 years of AWS operations experience in multi account environments.
- Solid hands on expertise with AWS Control Tower and native AWS security/compliance services.
- Proven experience with BitBucket and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid IaC background (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
- Container experience: ECS, Fargate, ECR.
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation.
- AWS certification preferred (DevOps Engineer, Security Specialty, or Solutions Architect).
- Comfortable with 24x7 on call rotations and SLA driven incident management.
- MSP or managed services background.
- FinOps and cost optimization experience.
- Exposure to Azure/GCP (multi cloud awareness).
- Experience with DR testing and RTO/RPO planning.
- Familiarity with SOC monitoring environments.
