Job Summary
Multicorz Healthcare is hiring an experienced US Healthcare Medical Billing Executive with hands-on experience in
physician and hospital billing, specifically in charge entry, claim review, and claims submission.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate charge entry for physician and hospital services.
Review patient demographics, insurance details, CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes.
Prepare, validate, and release claims through clearinghouses.
¢ Submit professional CMS-1500 and institutional UB-04 claims.
¢ Identify and correct claim errors before submission.
¢ Review claim edits, rejections, and billing discrepancies.
¢ Verify insurance eligibility and benefits when required.
¢ Coordinate with coding and billing teams to resolve claim issues.
¢ Maintain accuracy, productivity,



and timely claim submission.
¢ Follow payer-specific billing guidelines and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
¢ 25 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing.
¢ Hands-on experience in charge entry and claims submission/release.
¢ Experience with both physician billing and hospital billing.
¢ Knowledge of CMS-1500 and UB-04 claims.
¢ Understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and modifiers.
¢ Experience working with billing software and clearinghouses.
¢ Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
¢ Experience handling claim edits and clearinghouse rejections.
¢ Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
¢ Familiarity with hospital and physician billing workflows.
