Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Python developers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software applications using Flask.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews, testing, and documentation standards are maintained throughout the development process.
- Develop technical roadmaps for projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in Python development with expertise in Flask.
- Proven track record as a Technical Lead or similar role leading a team of developers.
- Robust understanding of REST API development principles and best practices.
- Experience working with large datasets and developing efficient data processing pipelines.
