We are looking for a skilled Bartender with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending and mixology, with excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks.
- Develop and implement new drink recipes and menus to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.





Job Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
