Role & responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients through calls, messages, email, networking, and other channels.
- Communicate with prospective clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
- Explain Genix Entertainment's digital marketing services and how they can help clients achieve their business goals.
- Conduct and attend client meetings both online and offline.
- Prepare and deliver service presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Handle client queries, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Generate leads, maintain the sales pipeline, and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after closing a client.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and track the status of leads and opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Preferred candidate profile





- Previous experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Digital Marketing Sales will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, and Creative Marketing is preferred.
- Comfortable attending client meetings and handling business discussions.

Candidates must bring their own laptop/system for work.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
