Role & responsibilities

- Strong experience in Windows Install, configure, administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
- Active Directory, Domain Controllers, GPO, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewalls, DNS, LAN/WAN Network Security & Group Policy Management
- Robust experience antivirus console management & Group Policy.
- Virtualization Technologies (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Teams.)
- Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration
- System Monitoring, Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting
- Incident, Change & Problem Management Experience
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Install, configure, administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Domain Controllers, GPO, DNS and AD Replication.
- Perform server patching, hardening and security updates.
- Independently troubleshoot Windows, AD and VMware infrastructure issues.
- Coordinate with vendor teams for complex technical issues.
- Participate in Incident, Problem and Change Management activities.
- Ensure infrastructure availability and adherence to SLA.
