Role: Desktop Engineer L1

Experience: 6 months to 1 Year
Location: Chennai, Anna Salai, Teynampet
Work Mode: In office

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level desktop and end-user support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to Outlook, MS Office, Teams and other applications.
- Perform software installation, updates and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Support users with password, login and basic Active Directory-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues such as LAN, Wi-Fi, IP and connectivity.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory and user-related records.
- Log and update incidents/requests in the ticketing tool.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the L2 team when required.
