- Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery, crimping machines, assembly fixtures, and conveyors
- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in a timely manner to minimize production downtime
- Maintain and overhaul pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drive systems
- Perform lubrication, alignment, and adjustment of mechanical components as per PM schedule
- Maintain maintenance logs, job cards, and breakdown history for all mechanical equipment
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Head for spare parts procurement
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and relocation of production equipment
- Perform die and mould changes, tool maintenance, and jig setup for production lines
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely with required PPE and permits
- Identify and report root causes of recurring mechanical failures to the Maintenance Head

Required Qualifications & Experience
- ITI in Fitter, Turner, or Machinist trade; Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing plant
- Experience with pneumatic systems, conveyor maintenance, and machine servicing
