Role Summary:
Responsible for implementing and maintaining data quality frameworks, performing data validation and profiling, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure enterprise data integrity and compliance.

What Youll Do:
- Design, implement, and maintain data quality frameworks, rules, and controls across enterprise data platforms
- Perform data profiling, data validation, and root cause analysis to identify data quality issues
- Develop and execute data quality monitoring processes and dashboards
- Analyze large datasets to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and trends impacting business operations
- Partner with Data Governance, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to define data quality metrics and KPIs
- Create automated data validation checks and reconciliation processes
- Investigate data incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support data migration, data integration, and master data management initiatives
- Document data quality standards, business rules, and governance processes
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements related to data management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall data integrity and quality





What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 6+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Management, or related domains
- Strong experience in SQL and data analysis
- Experience with data quality tools such as Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Collibra Data Quality, Talend Data Quality, Ataccama, IBM InfoSphere QualityStage, or Outstanding Expectations
- Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Management principles
- Experience working with relational databases and data warehouses
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration concepts
- Ability to perform data profiling, cleansing, matching, and reconciliation
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Experience with Python, PySpark, or scripting languages for data validation automation
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)
- Understanding of Data Lineage and Metadata Management
- Relevant certifications in Data Governance, Data Quality, Azure, AWS, or Informatica

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
