7–12 years in EHS management, preferably in chemical, engineering, metal, or manufacturing industries in Gujarat.
Certifications: ISO 14001/45001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH/OSHA preferred.
Solid knowledge of Indian EHS legislation and global standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven decision-making with experience in EHS dashboards, KPIs, and audits.
Crisis management and emergency handling capability.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP EHS/Gensuite/Enablon (if applicable).
Education:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Environment/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering OR Post Graduate in Environment/Safety Management. Diploma in Industrial Safety (DIS) from a recognized institute (mandatory).
