Role Overview

We are looking for experienced FP&A; professionals with solid expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business partnering.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing financial performance, supporting business decisions and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage P&L; activities, including financial performance analysis and reporting.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights on key financial drivers.
- Develop and manage cash flow forecasts and support working capital management.
- Drive zero-based budgeting (ZBB) initiatives where applicable.
- Partner with business and cross-functional stakeholders to support financial decision-making.
- Prepare and present management reports and financial insights.
- Collaborate with finance controllers and business teams on financial performance.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide actionable financial analysis.
- Support process improvements and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial deliverables.

Candidates should hold any one of the following:

- CA – Chartered Accountant

- CPA – Certified Public Accountant

Experience

- 10–15 years of overall experience
- Strong experience specifically in FP&A; / Business Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis is mandatory.

Preferred Background

- FMCG
- Tobacco
- Professional services / consulting
- Large corporate finance / business finance environments

Exclusion

- Sales and Marketing-focused profiles are not relevant.
- Pure accounting profiles without meaningful FP&A; exposure are not preferred.
- Profiles without hands-on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience should not be considered.
