Role Summary:
Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable microservices, manage CI/CD pipelines, and support production systems. Ensures technical best practices, security, and mentoring within the team.

What Youll Do:
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS
- Work on system integration, performance tuning, and production support
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps teams
- Ensure application security, coding standards, and best practices are followed
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in production and lower environments
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence within the team





What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Strong experience in Java 8/11/17
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security
- Expertise in Microservices Architecture
- Robust experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Good understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging systems
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- AWS Certification
- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Exposure to React or Angular
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk, ELK, Datadog, or Prometheus
- Experience working with global delivery teams and client-facing environments
