Role & responsibilities

The Head Costing will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and optimizing the company's product and manufacturing cost structure. The role will provide accurate and timely costing insights to support pricing, profitability, procurement, production, budgeting, business decisions, and recent product development.

The position will work closely with Finance, Procurement, R&D;/NPD, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Senior Management to improve cost efficiency and protect product margins.

Product Costing

- Lead the development and maintenance of product-wise and SKU-wise costing.
- Prepare detailed standard and actual cost sheets for all products.
- Calculate costs covering:

- Raw materials
- Packaging materials
- Direct labour
- Manufacturing overheads

Pricing & Margin Analysis

- Support management in determining product pricing and margin structures.





Preferred candidate profile ICWA/CMA with 15-22 years exp in FMCG /FOOD Industry /
