Role Summary:
Lead the development, design, and integration of ORMB components within the OUAF framework. Collaborate with technical teams to drive architecture, performance tuning, and data migration strategies. Guide technical sessions, bug analysis, and support efficient reporting structures.

What Youll Do:
- Develop complex ORMB components (algorithms, batches, business services, scripting) in the OUAF framework
- Design technical solutions by identifying suitable components for technical/functional requirements
- Design and develop interfaces using ORMB File Framework and Batch multithreading framework
- Recommend performance tuning based on batch configurations
- Lead sessions with customer s technical architecture team on ORMB architecture and integration capabilities
- Contribute to building and presenting re-usable assets for wider adoption
- Participate in writing white papers and blogs
- Identify data migration requirements and assess technical feasibility




- Design data migration strategies and ORMB component designs
- Lead SIT and UAT by conducting bug analysis and providing technical guidance to junior developers
- Provide code fixes for major severity issues
- Identify reporting data and design structures for effective reporting

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience with complex ORMB component development in OUAF framework
- Expertise in technical and interface design using ORMB File and Batch multithreading frameworks
- Ability to analyze and recommend performance tuning for batch configurations
- Experience in leading technical architecture sessions and providing technical guidance
- Experience in designing data migration strategies and reporting data structures

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in building reusable assets and accelerators
- Experience in writing white papers and blogs
