Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets in the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solar solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, provide product demonstrations, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in field sales or a related role within the renewable energy industry.
- Solid understanding of solar products, including design, functionality, and applications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers at all levels.
