Role: Senior Customer Support Executive
Process: International Customer Support
Shift: US/UK Shift
Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1 to 7 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through voice/email/chat channels.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Handle service requests, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and process documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and process guidelines.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality,



and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in international customer support / BPO / voice process.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
- Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage escalations and difficult customer interactions.
- Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
