Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze complex business problems and develop solutions using technical expertise in software development and requirement analysis.
- Develop detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document) or FRD (Functional Requirement Document) based on project needs.
- Provide guidance to junior team members on best practices in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Software Engineer in an IT services & consulting environment.
- Robust understanding of business analysis principles, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.
- Proficiency in creating comprehensive BRDs/FRDs that meet client expectations.
- Experience working with various stakeholders across different levels within an organization.
