Public Relations & Media Liaison Executive

Existing Professional Media Network is Mandatory

Sidhi Marwadi Private Limited is looking for a well-connected, confident and execution-focused Public Relations & Media Liaison Executive for its Jodhpur office.

The most important requirement for this position is an existing and active professional network within the media ecosystem.

The candidate must have directly worked or regularly coordinated with journalists, editors, media houses, newspapers, news websites, television or digital news channels, news influencers, motivational speakers, knowledge creators or relevant content creators.

This is not a general digital marketing, social-media posting or advertising role.

Role Priority

- 70% Media relations and professional liaison
• 20% Influencer and creator relations
• 10% Event, founder appearance and institutional coordination

Key Responsibilities

- Use existing professional media relationships to initiate relevant conversations and opportunities for Sidhi Marwadi and Kaushalya Choudhary.
- Build and maintain active relationships with journalists, editors, reporters, assignment desks, news producers, newspaper teams, digital media platforms and regional or national media houses.
- Identify relevant editorial opportunities for founder stories, traditional food knowledge, women empowerment, business growth, product launches, retail expansion, events and social-impact initiatives.
- Professionally pitch genuine brand and founder stories to appropriate journalists, publications, news platforms and creators.
- Coordinate interviews, media interactions, founder features, product stories, event coverage, influencer collaborations and content partnerships.
- Develop relationships with news influencers, motivational content creators, knowledge creators and relevant regional or national influencers.
- Handle professional communication with event organizers regarding Kaushalya Jis invitations, speaking engagements,



chief-guest appearances and brand collaborations.
- Conduct initial discussions regarding event details, commercial terms, travel requirements, deliverables and timelines under management guidance.
- Draft professional media-pitch emails, press notes, short proposals, briefing documents and follow-up messages in English and Hindi.
- Professionally coordinate with relevant industry associations, government bodies and institutions for legitimate official communication, meetings, documentation and events.
- Maintain a structured and updated database of journalists, editors, media houses, news portals, influencers, creators, event organizers and institutional contacts.
- Maintain a daily and weekly tracker of contacts approached, responses, follow-ups, meetings, opportunities, published coverage and pending actions.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

- Existing and active professional relationships with media houses, journalists, editors, news websites, newspapers, news channels, news influencers or relevant content creators.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in media relations, public relations, journalism, news-media coordination, PR-agency client servicing, corporate communications or influencer relations.
- The candidate should have worked in or regularly coordinated with a media house, newspaper, news channel, news portal, PR agency, influencer agency, event company or another organisation involving regular media interaction.
- Strong spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Ability to independently draft professional emails, pitches, proposals and follow-up messages.
- Strong communication, relationship-building,



follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify the correct journalist, editor, media desk, influencer or creator for a particular story.
- Comfortable working full-time from our Saran Nagar, Jodhpur office and travelling locally when required.

Evidence Required During Selection

Shortlisted candidates must be able to explain:

- The media houses, publications, journalists, influencers or creators they have professionally worked with.
- The nature and recency of these professional relationships.
- Their personal contribution to previous media coverage, interviews, campaigns, collaborations or events.
- Relevant published links, campaign examples, media coverage or other verifiable work evidence.

Candidates are not required to share journalists or influencers private phone numbers during the application process.

- PR or media-relations agency
• Newspaper or news website
• Television or digital news channel
• Media house or publication
• Corporate communications team
• Influencer or creator-management agency
• Event-management or celebrity-coordination company
• Hospitality, lifestyle, FMCG or D2C brand PR

Key Clarification

Candidates whose experience is limited to social-media posting, graphic designing, SEO, performance marketing, telecalling or media advertising sales without genuine editorial or creator relationships will not be suitable for this role.

The final salary will depend on the candidate’s active media network, relevant experience, communication ability, drafting skills and practical expertise.
