Role Summary:
Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and validation of OFSAA ERM suite modules. Work with senior consultants and business stakeholders to deliver functional tasks independently. Provide expertise in banking products, risk concepts, and OFSAA functional capabilities.

What Youll Do:
- Gather and analyse functional and regulatory requirements for OFSAA ERM modules
- Configure OFSAA modules, including product behaviours, bucketing rules, scenario setups, and rule dependencies
- Execute test scenarios, validate outputs, and reconcile results with business expectations
- Support functional data requirements, mapping reviews, and business rule translations
- Prepare test cases, document configuration, and track functional defects
- Participate in client workshops, provide clarifications, and assist in user training
- Collaborate with technical consultants, QA, and project management teams

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):




- Understanding of core banking products: loans, deposits, securities, derivatives, cash management
- Working knowledge of risk management areas: ALM/IRRBB, Liquidity (LCR/NSFR), Basel calculations, FTP methodologies
- Hands-on experience in at least one OFSAA ERM module (ALM, LRM, Basel, FTP, or PFT)
- Familiarity with OFSAA Rule Framework, Cash Flow Engine, DIM/FCT structures, and scenario setups
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into OFSAA configurations
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Positive communication skills and ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented documentation habits

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in at least one regulatory framework (RBI, EBA, Fed, PRA, MAS)
- Exposure to ALM/Liquidity analytics or quant knowledge
- OFSAA or risk-related certifications (FRM/CFA)
