Technical skills

- Robust proficiency in Python and the pytest framework
- Experience with embedded C/C++, RTOS and microcontroller architectures
- Hands-on experience with motor control algorithms (6-step commutation, BLDC,PMSM)
- Strong understanding of motor control principles (BLDC, PMSM, AC/DC motors)
- Deep knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI, CAN)
- Hardware expertise with STM, XMC and similar controllers
- Experienced in schematic design and reading
- Work with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and motor test benches
- Familiarity with hardware debugging tools
- Track, analyse and report defects using JIRA or similar tools.

Domain and leadership

- Experience in automotive or industrial motor control applications
- Proven track record of managing projects using Agile methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Client-facing experience

Good to have

- Prior experience with MAGTROL is a big plus.

Qualification - Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Mandatory skills - Embedded testing, Python automation (pytest), motor control (BLDC, PMSM), client facing experience
