Hiring Field Associate

This is a contractual role till March 15 2027.

Ctc- upto 3 Lpa

Location- Imphal , Manipur

Exp - Fresher and Experienced both can apply

Desired Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Candidate with internship experience would be an advantage)
- Basic Microsoft Word documentation and Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluency in Manipuri, Naga or Kuki language and a basic understanding of English & Hindi
- Should be a Manipur local with good knowledge of the culture, demographics, and political dynamics of the region
- Good networking skills are a must. Should be energetic and flexible in terms of his/her outlook towards work
- Willingness to travel and conduct periodic field visits

Must possess a smartphone and a bike or scooter. Candidates with laptops would be an advantage
