Job Description WTF Gyms is seeking a presentable, friendly, and highly organised Front Desk Sales Executive.

You will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, managing reception tasks while supporting our onsite sales team to drive client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Front Desk Management: Greet members, handle incoming phone calls, and manage walk-in queries with a qualified attitude.
- Sales Support: Explain membership benefits, present current promotional offers, and assist in converting walk-ins.
- Lead Tracking:



Proactively coordinate lead tracking, WhatsApp updates, and follow-up activities.
- Operations Coordination: Collaborate with personal trainers and center management to address member issues immediately.
- Administration: Maintain daily walk-in registers, check-in records, and handle basic billing/renewal data.
- Requirements & Skills
- Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Personality: Highly presentable, energetic, and welcoming personality.
- Communication: Smooth verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Tech Savvy: Basic hands-on skills with MS Office (Excel) and CRM software tools.
