We are looking for a Commerce Graduate with relevant experience in Banking and Treasury operations. The candidate will be responsible for vendor payments, bank reconciliation, customer collections, daily bank position reporting and maintaining treasury records.
Key Responsibilities
Banking Operations
- Prepare and process vendor payments through bank transfers, cheques and other approved methods.
- Verify expenses and payment supporting documents.
- Update bank transactions in the accounting software.
- Coordinate with banks for routine banking requirements.
Receivable Management
- Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain accurate records of all Bank transactions.
- Prepare daily bank position reports Monitor daily bank balances and transactions.
- Ensure timely processing and recording of treasury-related transactions.
Bank Reconciliation
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements.
- Identify and resolve differences between bank statements and accounting records.
- Ensure all bank transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
Month-End & Compliance Support
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Provide required banking and treasury documents for audits.
- Support statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of banking and treasury transactions.
Preferred candidate profile
- SAP Business One (SAP B1) working knowledge required.
