Role & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to dealers, retailers, system integrators, and existing customers.
- Generate sales enquiries and identify current business opportunities.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Share product information, pricing, offers, and availability with customers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop strong business relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order processing.
- Update daily call records, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Promote Nakoda Electronics CCTV, surveillance, networking, access control, and related products.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 03 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or B2B sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.




- Kannada and Hindi communication preferred; English is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and computer applications.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Good follow-up skills with a target-oriented approach.
- Candidates from CCTV, networking, electronics, IT hardware, or electrical distribution backgrounds will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working with dealers, retailers, and business customers.
