HIRING | SENIOR ASSOCIATE EDTECH / EDUCATIONAL SALES - DAY SHIFT

Location: Hyderabad

Position: Senior Associate

Function: Domestic Sales

CTC: 20 - 25% hike Max upto 7lpa

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

Experience: 3+ Years

Relieving Letter Mandate

Shift: Day Shift

Working: 5 Days | 2 Rotational/Weekly Off

Cab: 2-Way Cab Provided

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 10 Days

Languages: Pure Hindi + English Communication Mandatory

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Direct Sales / Consultative Sales
- Experience in EdTech, Educational Sales, Admissions, Counselling, or similar customer-facing sales preferred
- Robust Hindi + English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing the complete sales/enrolment journey
- Strong expertise in lead follow-up, counselling, lead nurturing amp; conversion
- Ability to create urgency and drive sales closures through a consultative approach
